Your Citi CashReturns Card account (“Card Account”) will receive a rebate based upon eligible transactions appearing on your current month’s billing statement. The only eligible transactions are purchases, cash advances and balance transfers. The rebates will show cumulatively on your statement as “CitiDollars,” as long as your Card Account is open and current. However, if your Card is no longer open or current, you will not be able to earn or redeem CitiDollars. Unless you are participating in a limited-time promotional offer, you will earn 1% on all purchases. You will earn 1% on cash advances and cash convenience check amounts billed at the standard cash advance rate. You will receive five CitiDollars for each individual balance transfer transaction of $1,500 or more. As soon as you’ve reached 50 CitiDollars, we will send you a check for the total accumulated CitiDollars account balance shown on your billing statement. provided your account is open and you are not in default under the terms of any Card Agreement. You can continue to accumulate CitiDollars, which we will pay as you earn increments of 50 CitiDollars as stated above. Checks cannot be issued for less than $50. You have no property rights or other legal interest in CitiDollars. CitiDollars have no cash value until such time as you may receive a check for your redemption eligible CitiDollars. You may not assign, transfer, or pledge your CitiDollars. When you become a cardmember, you will receive the full Citi CashReturns Card Terms and Conditions which we may change at any time with 30 days’ prior written notice. In addition, we may terminate the Citi CashReturns Reward Program with 30 days’ prior written notice, and if we do, we will send you a check for your redemption eligible CitiDollars. * The balance transfer APR is 0% for 12 months from the date of the first balance transfer. After the promotional period ends, your standard APR will be applied to any unpaid balances. As of December 14, 2007 , the standard variable APR for purchases is 9.99%. The standard APR for cash advances is a variable 22.24%. However, if you default under any Card Agreement that you have with us, we may automatically increase the rate on all balances (including any promotional balances) to a variable default rate of 31.24%.
